1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website www.thecutelittlebox.com and any purchases made through it. The website is operated by The Cute Little Box  a partnership based in the UK with our trading address at Unit 2, Bagham Pl, Canterbury , Kent. Our email is sales@thecutelittlebox.com.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Check back regularly.

2. Supplier Identification

We are The Cute Little Box. Our trading address is  Unit 2, Bagham Pl, Canterbury , Kent. Email: sales@thecutelittlebox.com. 

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

•  Orders are placed via our website and are subject to acceptance. We will send a confirmation email upon acceptance, forming the contract.

•  All orders are subject to availability and correct pricing. We reserve the right to cancel if there’s an error.

•  You must be 18+ to order 

4. Pricing and Payment

•  Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery costs (shown at checkout).

•  Payment is via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other methods listed. We do not store card details; payments are secure.

•  Title to goods passes upon full payment.

5. Delivery

•  We aim to deliver within  3-5 working days in the UK. Times are estimates.

•  Delivery costs: Express 1-3 Business Days £7.99 - Standard 2-4 Business Days £4.99

•  Risk passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Right to Cancel and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods (or last item in multiple deliveries).

•  To cancel, notify us in writing email sales@thecutelittlebox.com before the period ends.

•  Return goods in original condition at your cost (unless faulty or misdescribed—we’ll cover returns then).

•  We’ll refund the full amount (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

•  Exceptions: No cancellation for perishable/sealed health goods once opened (for hygiene), or personalized items.

•  For faulty goods, contact us for replacement/refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product Information and Liability

•  Products are described accurately, but images are illustrative.

•  Health and well-being boxes are for general use; they are not medical advice. Consult a professional for health concerns. We disclaim liability for misuse.

•  Our liability is limited to the purchase price for foreseeable losses. We are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
